Condition of Goods

All products purchased from Acoustics Audio are new from the manufacturers with full manufacturers warrantees. All products unless specified are in the manufactures original packaging, and have never been opened, unless by custom officials in exporting to other countries which is out of our control. If goods received has been previously opened, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the problem in a timely matter.                                              

Shipping Charges

Acoustics Audio offers shipping free of charge on most  US orders of $50.00 and above (before tax and after applicable discounts or vouchers); All oversized product (see product descriptions) are paid by the customer. US orders under $35.00 will be charged according to the weight for shipping and handling.

For any order within the contiguous US, shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Standard Overnight is also available for an additional charge. Please Note: In most cases, orders are shipped one day after the order is placed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday.

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Porto Rico are shipped Express Mail and are charged the same as per paragraph 1-2 above.

Orders in Canada Europe and Asia are shipped by Express Mail and is paid by the customer, see Checkout for shipping costs.

Oversize Products such as Wall panels, ceiling tiles, etc:
These product will be shipped to physical addresses only in the continental United States. and we are not responsible for costs on returned items unless physically damaged.

  • You must carefully inspect the box your product comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery.

In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded unless physically damaged. On all returns (except damaged goods) a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted .


Acoustics Audio is not responsible for return shipping costs on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. You will need to email or call us for a RMA number, or we will not refund your purchase, remember there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not damaged.

Delivery schedule

Many products sold by Acoustics Audio are custom built, and have to be signed off by the client before shipping. Delivery time can vary, and in many cases up to 3-4 weeks delivery. Most custom cable wire orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Items in stock will be shipped next business day. Many products have free shipping in the contiguous USA, and are shipped via ground, You will receive an email with all delivery details and tracking numbers. It is a must you supply us wit a valid email address and phone number.


All items on this web site are new and unused. All items carry full manufacturers' warranties. Acoustics Audio has a 15-day exchange policy on defective items. The warranty period begins upon purchase of an item, except in the case of a "special order/custom" or "backorder." In those cases the warranty period begins upon delivery of the item. If an item comes to you damaged or defective, Acoustics Audio will arrange pick up of the item for return and will send a replacement item once pick up of the original shipment has been confirmed. If an item becomes defective after 15 days, you will need to send the defective merchandise to the manufacturer or service location for replacement or repair. It's easy to make returns when you shop Acoustics Audio


You may return items purchased (custom products not applicable) from acoustics Audio. within 15 days of delivery for a refund on the returned product, minus a restocking fee on 20%.

You will need to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Acoustics Audio  in order to return a product.

We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, or if an item is being returned because it has been received damaged or defective, otherwise the customer is responsible for returned shipping.

Please note, however, that we are unable to exchange items.

We cannot accept returns of items in certain instances, including:

  • Any item that have been custom built and projectors unless received defective or broken in transport.

  • Any item that has not been issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for by Acoustics Audio

  • Any item that has been delivered back to Acoustics Audio. more than 15 days after the date you have originally received delivery.

  • Any item that has been altered or damaged (other than shipping damages).

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, or not in its original packaging, or is missing parts.
